Beverly Wiley Thomas

     Mrs. Beverly Wiley Thomas of Colquitt, GA died on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at her residence. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 11, 2023, at 11:00 AM, at Colquitt Free Will Baptist Church, with Rev. Kent Barwick and Rev. Cory Thomas officiating. A private family committal will take place at Primitive Union Cemetery.

     Mrs. Thomas was a member of Colquitt Free Will Baptist Church, and was a homemaker. She was crowned "Miss Early County" in 1971.

     She is survived by her husband, Mike Thomas of Colquitt, GA; two daughters, Kim (Randy) Adams of Colquitt, GA, and Stephanie (David) Nelson of Valdosta, GA; her mother, Juliette Wiley of Edison, GA; five grandchildren, Mary Ann (Joshua) Waller, Kaitlin (Eric) Swenson, Joshua Adams, Elizabeth Nelson, and Maddie Nelson; two great-grandchildren, Ellie Kate Waller and Elijah Swenson; one sister, Wanda Griffin of Douglas, GA; and special friends of the family, Robert Love and Amy Palmer, both of Blakely, GA. She was preceded in death by her father, Joel Levatte Wiley, Sr.; and one brother, Joel Levatte Wiley, Jr.
