Cheryl Joyce Chapman

     Mrs. Cheryl Joyce Chapman of Donalsonville, GA died on Friday, December 6, 2024, at Seminole Manor in Donalsonville, GA. She will be cremated. No services will be held at this time.

     Mrs. Chapman was formerly an RN at Phoebe Putney Hospital. 

     She is survived by one daughter, Amanda Glass of Donalsonville, GA; mother, Eloise Parkins of Colquitt, GA; and one sister, Pam (Troy) Mock of Colquitt, GA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Kevin Chapman, one sister, Angela Elaine Mason; and father, Ray Phillips.
