Franklin Richardson

Mr. Franklin Richardson of Bainbridge died Sunday, October 19, 2025, at his residence. Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 3:00 PM at Sheffield Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jeremy Horne officiating. Interment to follow at Bellview Cemetery with Chris Johnson, Jacob Stevens, Tim Cook, Luke Cook, Ty Musgrove, and Brady Hatcher serving as active pallbearers. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM, at Colquitt Funeral Home. 

Mr. Richardson was a farmer and a member of Bellview Free Will Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Norma Richardson of Bainbridge; two sons, Andy (Delorah) Richardson and Nick (Crystal) Richardson, both of Colquitt; step-son Bruce McMillan of Bainbridge; step-daughter DeeDee Stintson of Indiana; two granddaughters, Britany (Dylan) Grosbeck and Kaylin Richardson; five grandsons, Andy Richardson Jr, Brayden Raulerson,Triton Raulerson, Brenton Raulerson and Austin Phillips.; two great-grandchildren, Sophia Easton and Zion Grosbeck; three sisters, Nancy Richardson of Camilla, Trish Richardson of Bainbridge and Teresa (Bobby) Fellison of Bainbridge; one brother Paul Richardson of Sylvester; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins, whom will cherish his memories forever. He was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Patricia Richardson; parents, Lester and Laverne Harden Richardson, four brothers, Billy Ray, Tony, Junior, and Donald Richardson; and one sister, Sandra Ramirez.
