Leron Arthur Bush

Mr Leron Bush of Colquitt died Friday, May 2, 2025 at his residence.  Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Colquitt Methodist Church with Rev. Scott Stanfield and Rev. Ken Sharpe officiating. Interment to follow at Newberry Cemetery with Ian Cross, Hunter Green, Caleb Starling, Stephen Starlng, Rob Steng and George Clark serving as active pallbearers,  Honorary pallbearers will be Karl Peace, Charles Davis, Dr  Joe Grimsley, Terry Taylor, Kelly Summers, Felix Tabb , Wayne Wilkin,, Drew Hilliard, Thomas Wayne Wilburn. Buddy Bush, Parks Callan, Billy Brunson and Sam Adams.  Visitation will be from 1 to 2 PM Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at Colquitt Methodist Church.  

Mr Bush was a retired Pharmacist, a farmer and a member of Colquitt Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Newberry Bush of Colquitt, two daughters, Lea (Stephen) Starling of St Petersburg, FL. and Claire Bush of Albany. Five  grandchildren, Robert Ian ( Robyn Kimsey) Cross , Jade Alexander Green, Hunter Levi Green, Carlie Starling , Caleb Starling and one great grandson,  William Cole Cross.  One sister, Angela (Thomas Wayne) Wilburn of Albany.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Stephen Henry and Pauline Brunson Bush and one brother Homer Ulmer Bush.
