Eloise Bundy Cook

     Mrs. Eloise Bundy Cook of Blakely, formerly of Colquitt, died Saturday, June 24, 2023 at Early Manor Nursing Home in Blakely. Graveside Funeral Services will be held Monday, June 26, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Roberts Cemetery with Rev. Sterling Jones officiating.  No Visitation.

     Mrs. Cook was a retired supervisor with Bainbridge State Hospital.

     She is survived by two sons, Tony (Joyce) Cook of Colquitt, GA and Keith Cook of Milan, GA; three grandchilden, Nicole (Ben) Horn, T J (Jennilee) Cook, and Zach Cook; and four great-grandchildren, Thomas Cook, Tucker Cook, Brayden Horn, and Jackson Horn. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas Cook; her parents, Mervin and Hortense Ard Bundy; one sister, Mary Frances Brookins; and one brother, Bill Bundy.
