Marion LaDon Cook

Mr. Marion LaDon Cook of Colquitt, GA died on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at his residence. He will be cremated. No service will be had at this time. 

Mr. Cook formerly worked for the Georgia Industries for the Blind, and was of the Baptist Faith.

He is survived by two sons, Dewayne Jeffery Cook and Elijah Paul Cook, both of Colquitt; cousins, Linda Gail Chapman of Colquitt, Loretta Alday of Donalsonville, Barbara (Tony) Meredith of Colquitt, Zelda Coble of Cedar Springs, Faye (Kenenth) Warr of Montgomery, Richard Raymond (Kelley) Robinson of Lynn Haven, FL, and Michael (Sara) Meredith of Colquitt; and one granddaughter, Analeigh Cook. He was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Roland Cook; and parents, Paul and Christine Simmons.
