Mary Ellen Hatcher

Mary Ellen Hatcher passed away on August 14, 2025, surrounded by her family at home. A private graveside service will be held on Sunday, August 17th, 2025, at 1:00 PM, at Flat Creek Cemetery, with Jay Winkler officiating. Honorary Pallbearers will be Pacey Huckaby, Tyler Shierling, Calvin Pratt, Joshua Pratt, Miles Pratt, Delilah Poff, and Lydia Poff. There will be no visitation. A Celebration of Life will be held at the home of Eddie and Carolyn Pratt immediately after the service. 

She is survived by three sisters, Phyllis Hodges of Blakely, GA, Sheila (Tim) Best of Pine Mountain, GA, and Carolyn (Eddie) Pratt of Blakely, GA, with whom she lived for sixteen years. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. She was a member of Hentown Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, Douglas and Hazel Allen Hatcher and one brother Calvin Hatcher.
