Rita Wade Greene

     Mrs. Rita Wade Greene of Rowena, GA died on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at her residence. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 20, 2024, at 2:00 PM, at Sheffield Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Kent Barwick officiating. Interment will follow at Colquitt City Cemetery with Caine Williams, Bret Phillips, Brad Dancer, Randy Lashley, Storm Tabb, and Rusty Tabb serving as active pallbearers. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Colquitt Funeral Home. 

     Mrs. Greene formerly worked at Memorial Hospital and Manor as an Insurance Clerk. 

     She is survived by her husband, Patrick Greene of Rowena, GA; one daughter, Laura Ann Ethridge (Doug) Anthony of Damascus, GA; two grandchildren, Jameson Ridge Anthony and Jonathan Bucklee Anthony; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Forrest and Ann Watson Wade.
