Suanne Chapman

Ms. Suanne Chapman of Colquitt, GA, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at Early Memorial Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Colquitt Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Kent Barwick officiating. Interment will follow in the Colquitt City Cemetery with GJ Widner, Chris Daughtry, Michael Daughtry, Keith Stinson, Jason Holt, and Guy Stovall serving as active pallbearers. Visitation will be held one hour before the service, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, at Colquitt Free Will Baptist Church. 

Ms. Suanne formerly worked for Ameris Bank and attended Colquitt Free Will Baptist Church.

She is survived by one son, Lee Chapman, of Colquitt, GA; eight grandchildren, Hannah Elizabeth Chapman, Kimberly Brooke Chapman, Emilee Kate Chapman, Angel (George) Cross;  A, W. (Shawndra) Rhodes, Cody (Katie) Osborn, Heather (David) Floyd, Tommy (tiffany) Meadows and 11 great grandchildren.  One brother, Don (Ruby Grace) Stinson of Abbeville, AL; and one sister, Faye Daughtry, of Abbeville, AL. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan McDaniel; four brothers, Jerry Stinson, Charlie Stinson, Bob Stinson, and Mark Stinson; and her parents, Lillian and James Stinson.
