Winford Earl Harden

Mr. Winford Earl Harden of Colquitt, GA, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, in Sopchoppy, FL. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Sheffield Funeral Chapel with Rev. Larry Daughtry officiating. A visitation will be held prior to the service, from 12:30 to 1:00 PM at Colquitt Funeral Home. The family will accept visitors after the service at 200 N Martin Luther King Jr St, Colquitt, GA 39837.

Mr. Harden formerly worked as a supervisor at Amoco Fabrics. He was a member of Donalsonville Church of God.

He is survived by two sons, Daniel (Abbey) Harden of Auburn, GA and Phillip (Seble) Harden of Lilburn, GA; five grandchildren, Andrew Harden, Joshua Harden, Zachary Harden, Hailey Harden, and Christina Harden; one brother, Clyde (Cheri) Harden of Doerun, GA; and one sister, Jean (Robert Vick) Melton of Sopchoppy, FL. He was preceded in death by his sister, Geraldine Burke; brothers, James Harden, Jerry Harden, and Roger Harden; and parents, James Harden and Inez KIng.
